OUR APPROACH

WHY BUY FROM US

The stuff most shops won't tell you or won't do.

PARTS & UPGRADES

The parts we'd install on our own bikes.

Custom throttles, premium brake kits, upgraded footpegs, wheel sets, suspension parts, and hard-to-find components for Surron, Talaria, Arctic Leopard, 79Bike, and more. We test what we sell, and we don't stock what we wouldn't run ourselves.

THE SHOP

Two people. Real shop. Straight answers.

Send It! Cycle Shop is a two-person operation in Brentwood, CA. We opened it because too many bike buyers get burned by dropship stores that don't know or care what they're selling.

We do this differently. Every bike is one we've spent real time on. Every part is one we've actually installed. When you have a question, you're talking to Jack or Roger, not a chatbot, not a call center.

We treat customers the way we'd want to be treated: straight answers, honest pricing, no upsell pressure. That's the whole pitch.

FAQ

Common questions

The stuff most riders ask before they buy.

I'm new to e-motos. Which bike should I get? +

Start with what you're looking to do. Off-road weekend rides? Look at Mid-Range Off-Road. Serious dirt bike alternative? Premium Off-Road. Commuting or bike paths? Street-Legal E-Bikes. Not sure? Call or email us — we'll help you figure it out based on your riding style and budget.

What's the difference between an e-bike and an e-moto? +

E-bikes are pedal-assist bicycles capped at 20-28mph, street-legal, and require no license or registration. E-motos are electric dirt bikes with 45-80mph capability, meant for off-road use only. Different tools for different jobs. If you want to ride on streets and bike paths daily, go with an e-bike. If you want to hit trails or closed courses and don't mind trailering the bike, go with an e-moto.

Do I need a license or registration for these bikes? +

For Class 2 e-bikes (our Street-Legal category): No license, no registration, legal on all roads and bike paths in California. For e-motos: Not street-legal — meant for private property, closed courses, or off-road recreation areas like SVRA parks. Rules vary by state and county, so check your local regulations if you're unsure.

What happens if my bike arrives damaged? +

First, inspect the crate before signing for delivery. If damage is visible, refuse the shipment and we'll handle the freight claim. If damage is discovered after unboxing, contact us within 48 hours with photos. Because we pre-inspect every bike and use full-value declared shipping insurance, this rarely happens. When it does, we make it right.

Can I see the bikes in person before buying? +

Yes. Come to our Brentwood, CA shop during open hours — we're at 8065 Brentwood Blvd #3A. Call ahead so we can have the bike you're interested in ready to show. We're happy to walk you through specs, answer questions in person, and let you sit on the bike to check fit.

Do you offer financing? +

Yes. We offer Klarna and Afterpay at checkout for eligible customers — split your purchase into 4 payments or spread it over 6-24 months depending on the option. For business purchases or custom bundle pricing, contact us directly.

How long does shipping take? +

Bikes typically arrive 7-14 days after the order ships, depending on your location. We ship via freight with signature required. Parts orders ship faster, usually 3-7 days via ground shipping. Local pickup is always free from our Brentwood shop.
